As a Customer Experience (CX) Consultant, Natalie brings over a decade of expertise in optimizing both customer and employee journeys. In 2024, she founded Crescent Consultancy, dedicated to providing end-to-end customer experience design and execution.
Her career spans various industries, where she has held both consulting and in-house leadership roles. She has successfully driven results through large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and transformations. For each engagement, she leverages her extensive experience, a comprehensive toolkit, and the latest trends and insights.

Ashley Hayslip
MARKET PRESIDENT
Ashley is the San Diego Market President for Enterprise Bank & Trust. Hayslip leads the Relationship Management and Business Development teams to expand the bank’s client base, reinforce and grow the bank’s culture, and develop community and nonprofit partnerships in the region. She has more than 15 years of diverse industry experience, including leadership roles at West Coast regional banks and in the finance departments at several emerging businesses. Hayslip specializes in growth strategy for the middle-market and community banking sectors. In addition to serving as the Market President for Enterprise, Hayslip sits on board of the San Diego Economic Development Council, the advisory board for Liquid Trust, a foreign exchange fintech, and volunteers at Cause San Diego, a nonprofit that focuses on accelerating social impact for profit businesses and nonprofit organizations. Hayslip graduated with honors and bachelor’s degrees in economics and communications from the University of California-Davis, where she was captain of the Division I tennis team. She lives in La Costa with her husband and 3-year-old son.

James is the Director of Advanced Analytics and Consumer Insights at TaylorMade Golf. With over 15 years experience in data analysis and strategic decision-making, James has been heavily involved in recent years helping to drive TaylorMade’s CX initiatives. Prior to TaylorMade, James worked as a has worked for the Ministry of Defence in the UK and completed a PhD at the University of Birmingham, also in the UK.
